Job Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma. Minimum 1 year of work experience in operating ice candy manufacturing machine or equivalent (i.e. ice cube manufacturing machine). Ability to monitor operating machines and sense any malfunction (problem sensitivity). Ability to record and report the production data to supervisor.

Employment to commence as soon as all procedures required by Federal and CNMI Labor Laws (if any) are completed.
Tools, Supplies and Equipment Provided: All tools, supplies and equipment necessary to complete assigned duties will be provided by employer, free of charge to employee.
Compensations: Workers’ Compensation and health insurance provided by employer.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Performs the whole process of making ice candies, from mixing ingredients into the mixer to make juice, to freezing, utilizing ice candy manufacturing machine and equipment. Record production and test data for each ice candy batch, such as the ingredients used, temperature, test results, and time cycle. Clean and sterilize used equipment parts and factory processing areas. Set up, operate, and tend equipment that mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of ice candy products, according to formulas or recipes. Mix or blend ingredients, according to recipes, using a paddle or an agitator. Follow recipes to produce ice candy products of specified flavor, texture, clarity, bouquet, or color. Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales. Press switches and turn knobs to start, adjust, and regulate equipment. Observe and listen to equipment to detect possible malfunctions, such as leaks or plugging, and report malfunctions or undesirable tastes to supervisors. Turn valve controls to start equipment and to adjust operation to maintain product quality. Grade food products according to government regulations. Inspect and pack the final products. Do other related duties as assigned.
